Unga Reports

What is an Unga Report?
An illustrated report that lays the foundation of one subject: its language, its systems and its processes, with an AI coach briefed on all of it. You learn enough to start working with your AI, then go as far as you want. $15, yours to keep, with every update we ship.

I know nothing. Is this for me?
Yes. We are all Unga at something. Every term is explained the first time it appears, and nobody is talked down to.

How do I get my report?
After payment is confirmed, StepZeroClub sends a separate access email to the address used at checkout. Use its Open my library button, or visit learn.stepzeroclub.com/start and sign in with that email address. Read your report online or download its HTML ebook from the library. Use the report's Print control to print it or save a PDF where your browser supports it. We do not email a separate PDF attachment. Downloads and printing are available only for reports you buy or keep.

What if my access or download link expires?
Open your library at learn.stepzeroclub.com/start and sign in with the email used at checkout. You can get a fresh download from the library. If you still need help, email hello@stepzeroclub.com.

What can I do with a report I buy?
Anything you like, for yourself. Read it in the browser, download its HTML ebook to your devices, and use Print to print it or save a PDF where your browser supports it. It's licensed to you, so please don't share, resell or post the report itself.

Can my AI use my report?
Yes. The Unga Skill briefs your AI on the report inside supported AI apps. Setup steps exist for ChatGPT and Claude; availability depends on the AI account, workspace settings and app surface. See the connection steps or the current connection guide.

Can I set everything up from my phone?
You can open your access email, library and ebooks in a phone browser. AI connector setup varies by provider and account. Claude describes mobile connector installation as beta and recommends web or desktop as the primary setup path. ChatGPT's documented custom MCP setup starts on the web. After setup, check that the StepZero plugin appears in the AI app and conversation you want to use.

Should I forward my access email?
No. Download links and sign-in links are private. Do not forward them. If a link expires, use the permanent library address to request fresh access.

Do reports get updated?
Yes. AI tools change often, so we update Unga Reports through the year. Every report you own gets each new edition at no charge.

Club and Pro

What does the Club get me?
Club — $20/month: keep one Unga Report every month, starting the day you join: the downloadable ebook, the web reader and its AI coach, yours for good. Borrow one more report at a time for up to 30 days while Club access is active. Read it in your library and with your AI. Like it? Keep it with a credit, or buy it. 20% off any extra report ($12 instead of $15). Keep or borrow from your library, or just ask your connected AI.

How does borrowing work?
One report at a time, for up to 30 days while Club access is active. Each report can be borrowed once. When a borrow ends, or as soon as you keep it, your next borrow opens. Borrowed reports are read online, in your library and with your AI. Downloading and printing come with the reports you keep. For a full 30-day borrow, we'll email you three days before it ends while Club access is active.

And Pro?
Pro — $45/month: every Unga Report open in your library and your AI while you're a member, and you keep one report every month. Extra reports are 30% off ($10.50). Catalog reports are read online; downloads come with the reports you keep.

Do member discounts apply automatically?
Yes. Once your membership is active, the member price shows at checkout on any Unga Report. No code needed. Member prices do not stack with other automatic deals; you get whichever saves more.

What if I skip a month or cancel?
Not ready to choose? That month's report waits as a credit, and credits never expire. To cancel, go to stepzeroclub.com/account, open Membership and cancel before your next billing date, or email hello@stepzeroclub.com. Every report you bought or kept stays yours, with every update we ship. Your library shows when borrowed reports and Pro catalog access expire.

Gifts

Can I give a report as a gift?
Yes. The purchaser receives separate gift-delivery instructions. The recipient redeems the gift at learn.stepzeroclub.com/redeem and chooses the available report included with that gift.

Money and trust

Problem with a download, library sign-in, or AI connection?
Email hello@stepzeroclub.com. Include the email used at checkout and your order number. Never send a password or private sign-in link.
