Cancellation policy

Your membership

Club is $20 a month. Pro is $45 a month. Both renew automatically each month at the price and billing schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

How to cancel

Go to stepzeroclub.com/account, sign in with the email you used at checkout, open Membership and cancel there. You can also email hello@stepzeroclub.com from that address and ask us to cancel. You can cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. We'll email you to confirm the cancellation.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your library shows when your remaining membership access ends. Every report you bought or picked to keep remains yours: the web reader, downloadable HTML ebook, printing and its AI coach. Unused monthly picks never expire and can be used after cancellation.

Borrowed reports expire on the date shown in your library. Pro's full-catalog access ends when membership access ends. Borrowed and catalog reports are read online; downloads and printing are available only for reports you buy or keep.

Refunds

Contact us within 7 days of an unintended renewal for a refund if that month's pick is unused. Cancellation alone does not refund a charge already made. See our return and refund policy.

Price changes

If a membership price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then.
