Digital delivery

StepZeroClub sells digital reports and memberships. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical shipping charge.

After payment is confirmed, we send an access email to the address used at checkout. Open that email to reach your library, or visit learn.stepzeroclub.com/start and sign in with the same email address.

Reports you buy or keep can be read online or downloaded as HTML ebooks. Use the report's Print control to print it or save a PDF where your browser supports that option. We do not email a separate PDF attachment. Borrowed reports and Pro catalog access are for online reading; downloads and printing require a bought or kept report.

If your email is missing, check spam and request a fresh sign-in from your library. If you still cannot access your purchase, email hello@stepzeroclub.com with your order number.

Gift codes are redeemed at learn.stepzeroclub.com/redeem. Follow the instructions in the gift email; do not post or share a code publicly.
