What these terms cover

These terms cover StepZeroClub, Unga Reports, Club and Pro memberships, the web library and the StepZero plugin.

Reports you buy or keep

Buying a report, or keeping one with a membership pick, gives you a personal license to that report. Read it in your library, download its HTML ebook to your own devices, and use the Print control to print it or save a PDF where your browser supports that option. Your kept reports remain yours after you cancel a membership, unless the purchase or pick that provided access is refunded or reversed.

The report and its files are for your personal use. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share copies or account access. You may use what you learn in your own work.

Borrowed reports and the Pro catalog

Borrowed reports and Pro catalog access are for reading online in your library and with your connected AI. Downloading and printing are available only for reports you buy or keep. Your library shows the expiry date for borrowed reports and membership access.

Delivery and your account

Use the email address entered at checkout to access your library at learn.stepzeroclub.com/start. Your access email opens the library; it does not contain a separate PDF attachment. Download kept reports from the library. Sign-in and download links are private, so do not share them. If a link expires or you cannot find your access email, request a fresh sign-in from the library or contact hello@stepzeroclub.com.

The StepZero plugin and your AI

The plugin lets a supported, connected AI teach from reports you have access to. A third-party AI account may be required, and that provider's prices and terms apply. AI answers can be wrong; check important claims. Do not use the plugin, scripts or other tools to extract or redistribute whole reports or the catalog. Access limits help prevent misuse.

Memberships and refunds

Club and Pro renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Taxes may apply. See our purchase options cancellation policy for cancellation instructions and our return and refund policy for refunds.

Educational use

Our reports and coaching are educational material. They are not a substitute for financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice. No particular result is guaranteed.
